Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing The Hair Assassin! I understand that plans can change, and aim to be as flexible as possible while also ensuring that my business can operate smoothly. Below is our cancellation policy, which outlines the terms and conditions regarding it booking and cancellation fees. 1. Booking Fee • A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. • This fee covers administrative costs and guarantees your appointment or reservation slot. 2. Cancellation/Rescheduling Fees Rescheduled Appointments and Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service/event: • No additional cancellation fee will be charged. • The booking fee remains non-refundable, but can be applied to the rescheduled appointment. Rescheduled Appointments and Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service/event: • A cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost will be charged. • The booking fee remains non-refundable and will not be applied to future appointments. No-Show Policy • If you do not show up for your scheduled service/event without prior notice, the total booking cost will be charged. 5. Refund Policy • Services are non-refundable, however, adjustments to the service can be requested and completed within 2 weeks of the original service. My biggest priority is to make you feel beautiful, so please do not hesitate to let me know if something is imperfect. You will not hurt my feelings, I promise. 🖤 • The booking fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
